The new Bank of the West campus will be at Bisho pRanch 7, a three-story building on Camino Ramon in San Under the deal — the largest new office leasr on the West Coastt this year — Bank of the West employees will move from sevej East Bay buildings in late 2010. The 10 million-square-foot Bishopo Ranch, owned by , leasees space to 550 companies across30 industries, includingt 40 Fortune 500 companies. In Sunset Development Co. inked over 1 million square feet ofoffice deals, including long-termk leases by Robert Half International, Coca-Cola, Del Monte Chubb Insurance, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. The combined leases of Bank of the West and Robery Half International will bringapproximately 3,00 employees to San Ramon. The vacancu rate is about 13 percent.
